Ben oversees the Site Operations division of specialists who operate and maintain critical environments for Ascent clients across North America. As a navy nuclear operations veteran, Ben brings substantial experience in mission critical environment operations, tactics, and finance to the Ascent team.

Ben has been with the Ascent team for more than a decade, during which time he has implemented a strict regimen of risk mitigation, procedural compliance, and change control within Site Operations. He excels at implementing risk mitigation, procedural compliance, and change control processes, with keen attention to OPEX and CAPEX. As such, Ben is responsible for 8 figure+ operating budgets and revenue for the enterprise class sites within Ascent’s current operations portfolio.

Ben has been instrumental in the development of the Navigator, Ascent’s facility-focused approach to managing critical systems equipment inventory, maintenance management and performance metrics. He has also leveraged the power of this data to improve operations for Ascent’s customers.

Prior to joining the Ascent team, Ben was a Sr. Quality Assurance Supervisor for Lee Technologies, solely dedicated to the operations account, and has almost 20 year’s experience in mission critical operations.
