In the late 1990’s and early 2000’s, Ascent was helping customers optimize server density. This meant designing and constructing data centers with a focus on maximizing computational power within limited physical space. As organizations pushed the boundaries of server densities, Ascent recognized the ensuing challenges around critical equipment operations and set the stage for our commitment to optimizing mechanical and electrical systems.
